Come exactly how you are. Check out our accessibility options.

We want everyone to enjoy The Journey to Bethlehem! This is a drive-thru experience, designed so guests can remain in their vehicles for the entire event. Our volunteers will guide you through each scene safely and smoothly.

A large accessible portable restroom is available near the edge of Ben Barron Lane. If you need emergency access to the church building or additional assistance at any point, please let one of our friendly traffic attendants know — they’re here to help.

Each scene includes live actors and narration, broadcast through outdoor speakers. Every vehicle will also receive a printed script to help you follow along with the story from the comfort of your car.

We strive to make this experience enjoyable and accessible for guests of all abilities. If you have specific accessibility needs or questions before the event, please contact us at info@thegrovechurchmc.com

Admission & Giving

Admission & Giving

This is a ministry!

The Journey to Bethlehem is a free community event — no tickets or admission fees are required. We invite you to bring your family, enjoy the story of Christmas, and celebrate with us!

Complimentary hot chocolate and apple cider will be served throughout the evening (while supplies last).

If you feel led to give, all donations collected during the event will go directly to support two incredible local ministries:

Changed Lives Ministry (CLM) – a faith-based drug and alcohol recovery program in Moncks Corner helping men and women find lasting freedom and restoration.

The Blessing Bag Project (TBBP) – a local outreach providing care packages, essentials, and hope to those experiencing homelessness in our community.

Your generosity helps share the love of Christ beyond this event and into our community.
